His experience has been gained via working for consultants and contractors on some of the worlds largest projects, including the new international airport for Hong Kong.

Steve Has worked throughout the world in such locations such as the UK, Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, China and Australia

Tracey Lunniss - Associate Director BSc (Hons), MRICS, AAIQS

Tracey LunnissTracey is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 21 years experience within the Quantity Surveying Profession. Tracey's experience has been gained predominately via working for the major Quantity Surveying companies in the UK, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand and Australia.

Tracey is TSL Project Services tax depreciation specialist and has been involved with the ATO reaching new rulings in regards to legislation. In addition, she undertakes training sessions and seminars for Real Estate Agents, Developers and other professionals to help them understand about tax depreciation and investment properties.
